Workplace Sessions
Clare can create a variety of workshops tailored to your team. Some examples of the services are below.

Clare works with the entire group to assess they key needs amongst the members. It’s an interactive experience where groups can learn more about nutritional benefits and the idea of balance whilst enjoying lunch.
Each session is tailored to the individual groups, based on their needs assessed through an advanced questionnaire. It is an opportunity for everyone to try and learn about unfamiliar foods such as herbal teas and a variety of fermented foods.

This is another group focussed activity. Clare will tailor each workshop based on a questionnaire filled out by participants prior to the event.
These workshops allow individuals to learn directly from Clare about how they can cook to optimise their health; learning, eating and cooking together. Potential topics that could be covered include; eating for menopause, prevention of heart disease, or particular cooking techniques to limit dietary inflammation.

Clare’s wellness workshop is based on key areas of concern for employees, based on specific needs of the group. Topics could include alcohol awareness, nutrition and fertility, problems and benefits of nutritional supplements and understanding balanced diets; or a combination of all of these can be offered.

Clare can provide tailored dietary support for employees. Through confidential 1:1 sessions she assess individual employee nutritional needs and provides bespoke evidence based advice.
