Clare’s unique combination of culinary experience, paired with her clinical expertise, positions her perfectly as a food consultant for top publishers, brands and online platforms. With all of her clients, there is always an emphasis on healthy eating and not restricted diets.
Clare can help provide feedback and analysis on existing recipes, or in a more collaborative approach, can design complete menus to help accommodate the growing number of customers with specialist dietary needs, whilst always using the best, seasonal produce.
Clare has consulted for several household brands including working with Sainsbury’s on their ‘Waste Less, Save More’ campaign, menu development for the Ting Restaurant at the Shangri-La at The Shard, and providing nutritional support on a wide number of best-selling cookbooks.

Clare uses the latest software to analyse recipes according to desired nutrition targets and advises on recipe adaptation, creation and menu development. She can also provide allergen information.

Clare can advise on making appropriate nutrition and health claims, and creating the correct wording to highlight the selling points of products and menus that fully comply with UK health and nutrition claims legislation, such as high fibre or source of protein.

Clare has worked in collaboration with restaurants, workplaces, books and magazines to create nutrition strategies and provide ongoing support.

She also led nutritional consultations with Mindful Chef customers, dealing with a wide range of nutritional concerns related to weight issues, IBS, diabetes, heart health, mental health, menopause and pregnancy

Nutritional Advisor for Sainsbury’s & Hubbub’s ‘Waste Less, Save More’ Campaign. Clare worked directly with families to provide tailored meal plans with healthy recipes. Clare also authored a written food guide and recipe book that was designed to limit food waste while including key foods that are nutrient dense and affordable.
Healthy gourmet menu development with The Dan Roberts Group for the Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard
Nutritional advisor and recipe developer for the vegan social media channel and bestselling vegan cookbook brand BOSH! Clare developed and nutritionally analysed recipes for BOSH’s second and third cookbook, “BISH BASH BOSH” & “Healthy BOSH!” and their social media channels. She created and nutritionally analysed their 4 week Veganuary meal plan (January 2019) and coordinated recipes and food production for their partnered events including the Alpro Supperclub (Feb 2018) & Tesco Vegmas (Dec 2018).
