Clare has extensive professional experience working in the kitchens of some of the most well-regarded restaurants around the world, alongside working as a private chef for professional athletes and high-profile clients.

Whilst at culinary school, Clare specialised in Health-Supportive Culinary Arts, focusing on cooking for wellness and the association between food and healing

Following this, Clare furthered her training in restaurants that celebrated health and well-being and catered for specialist diets. These included Pure Food and Wine, a raw vegan restaurant in New York City, and the Michelin-starred Rouge Tomate, a New York fine dining restaurant that served nutritionally balanced menus. 

Clare followed this up with training at Tu-Lu’s, a New York gluten-free bakery and working with vegan pastry chef, Fran Costigan, helping recipe test and style her book, Vegan Chocolate

After this, she spent eighteen months at Alice Waters’ renowned Chez Panisse in Berkeley, exploring her own appreciation of organic, seasonal, local ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

As part of her holistic approach to nutrition, Clare also offers bespoke private chef services. She has worked as a specialist healthy chef for leading Hollywood actors, UHNWI, professional athletes and renowned high fashion models.
